"Buses too early or too late, train drivers to actually follow schedule and not just wait at terminus when theyre early, have them wait at every stop make sure they leave at the scheduled time Or have customers embark anywhere along the route that way people dont have to run when your drivers get there 5 minutes earlier than said on app 5 minutes early on a 15min passage is wayyyy too much difference i dont even understand how its accepted. Its the same exact thing as 20 minutes out of an hour"
